dry onion-soup mix (i.e., Knorr) |

dry white wine |

grated low sodium Parmesan cheese |

| RECIPE |
- Using a large nonstick skillet, spray with cooking spray and add olive oil. Over medium heat, add onions, leeks and garlic. Cook until light brown, adding water as necessary to keep from sticking.
- Sprinkle flour and onion-soup mix over onions; stir well.
- Add water and white wine.
- Bring to a boil and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
- Serve in stoneware bowls topped with Parmesan cheese.
