INGREDIENTS

2 8 oz.cans chuck white tuna in water
1/2 c grated carrots
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped sweet onion
1/2 c low fat mayonnaise
4 lettuce leaves
8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted.
RECIPE

  • Drain tuna well and place in bowl.
  • Crumble with fingers.
  • Add remaining ingredients except bread and mix gently.
  • Place one quarter mixture on 4 slices bread each.
  • Top with lettuce leaf and other slice bread, cut and enjoy!
