chopped celery |

chopped sweet onion |

low fat mayonnaise |

lettuce leaves |
| 8 slices |
whole wheat bread, toasted. |

| RECIPE |
- Drain tuna well and place in bowl.
- Crumble with fingers.
- Add remaining ingredients except bread and mix gently.
- Place one quarter mixture on 4 slices bread each.
- Top with lettuce leaf and other slice bread, cut and enjoy!
