head Romaine lettuce, cleaned and torn into pieces

small loaf French bread

Italian seasoning to taste

grated parmesan cheese

lemon zest, minced

white wine vinegar

balsamic vinegar

| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice bread into cubes. Toss in 1 tablespoon olive oil and Italian seasoning and place on baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until light brown and toasty. Set aside.
- Put lemon zest, white wine, balsamic vinegars, sugar, garlic, ¾ cup olive oil, salt and pepper to taste in a jar. Close tightly and shake well. Set aside.
- Toss lettuce, croutons, dressing, and parmesan to dress and enjoy!
