buffalo sauce (from grocery store)

crusty whole wheat rolls

light mayonnaise

sliced scallions

| RECIPE |
- Mix mayonnaise and scallions together, set aside
- Brush chicken with olive oil and grill for two minutes, brush with buffalo sauce, turn, brush with sauce and continue grilling and brushing with sauce until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Spread one half of each roll with mayonnaise mixture, top with lettuce, onion, tomato and chicken, serve up and enjoy!
