INGREDIENTS

1/4 c fresh lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil
1 tbsp sugar
  salt to taste
1 tbsp

fresh chopped dill

3 c cucumber, seeded and sliced
1/2 c radishes, sliced
RECIPE

  • Whisk lemon, olive oil, sugar, and salt together in medium bowl, set aside.
  • Wash and prepare all salad ingredients, place in bowl with dressing, and toss to serve.
  • If you prepare, place dressing in small container and drizzle over lettuce.
