INGREDIENTS

6 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
3 tbsp fresh ginger – chopped
3 large garlic cloves, minced
  fresh ground pepper
1 bunch scallions, chopped
2-3 lb flank steak (London broil)
RECIPE

  • Place first five ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, place in zip-lock bag with beef and marinade at least 4 hours – up to 12.
  • Discard marinade and grill on hot grill to desired degree of doneness.
