INGREDIENTS

2 cups plain or vanilla low fat yogurt
1 10 oz. bag frozen fruit (i.e. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, peaches)
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp honey
RECIPE

  • Place all ingredients in blender and let it rip!
  • When smooth pour into 3 glasses and enjoy!
