| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 13x9” baking pan with nonfat cooking spray.
- Combine margarine, fruit sweetener, and mashed banana. Beat in egg, pumpkin, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients and stir in pumpkin mixture. Add raisins and nuts.
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until firm in the center.
- Combine juice concentrate, 3 tablespoons fruit sweetener, orange rind, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Spread glaze over warm bars.
- (Note: Fruit sweetener is a sugar substitute that is made from fruit juice. It can be ordered online if you are unable to find it in the natural foods section of your grocery store.)
