INGREDIENTS

3 tsp sesame or peanut oil
1/3 cup stir-fry sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder

2 cans

(10 oz)

chunk chicken breast, drained and flaked

1 package

(10 oz)

frozen broccoli, thawed

1 can

(5 oz)

sliced, water chestnuts, drained

1 can

(6 oz)

mandarin oranges

1 pouch

(2 cup)

Uncle Ben's Boil-in-Bag rice, prepares as directed
RECIPE

  • Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat.
  • Dump all of the other ingredients into the skillet, except the oranges.
  • Stir for 2 minutes.
  • Top with oranges. Serve over cooked rice.
  • For variety, add canned mushrooms, canned corn or canned peas. All must be drained before adding to mixture.
