Uncle Ben's Boil-in-Bag rice, prepares as directed |

| RECIPE |
- Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Dump all of the other ingredients into the skillet, except the oranges.
- Stir for 2 minutes.
- Top with oranges. Serve over cooked rice.
- For variety, add canned mushrooms, canned corn or canned peas. All must be drained before adding to mixture.
