INGREDIENTS

1 tsp. butter
2 cups peeled, cored, and sliced apples (about 2 apples)
1/4 cup maple syrup
dash nutmeg
RECIPE

  • Place butter in large skillet over medium heat and let melt.
  • Add apples and sauté until the become soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in maple syrup and nutmeg, keep warm over very low heat.
  • Serve over pancakes or French toast.
