INGREDIENTS

1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Blend oil, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Add eggs and beat well with a spoon.
  • Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to the egg mixture until well blended.
  • Stir in the walnuts.
  • Spread into a greased 9" square pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from the pan edges. Cool.
