INGREDIENTS

3 pounds lean chuck roast
18 ounces spicy bloody mary mix
1 1/2 cups red wine
4 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1 envelope Knorr dry onion soup mix
1 jar small white onions, drained
1 bag baby carrots
3 stalks celery - 1" slices
RECIPE

  • Heat large skillet coated with cooking spray over high heat. Sear beef on all sides and place in crock pot.
  • Put 1 cup of bloody mary mix and flour in small jar and shake well to incorporate.
  • Pour flour mixture and remaining liquid ingredients over beef.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
