| RECIPE |
- Heat large skillet coated with cooking spray over high heat.
Sear beef on all sides and place in crock pot.
- Put 1 cup of bloody mary mix and flour in small jar and shake well to incorporate.
- Pour flour mixture and remaining liquid ingredients over beef.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
