INGREDIENTS

1 store bought large rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup green seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup toasted walnuts
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup celery, sliced thinly
1 large granny smith apple chopped
1/2 to 1 cup light mayo
  lettuce leaves
RECIPE

  • Remove skin from chicken. Remove chicken from bones and place in large bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients, (except lettuce leaves) toss to dress and serve on bed of lettuce.
