Pepper Parmesan Dressing |

mayonnaise |

lemon zested and juiced (mince the zest) |

coarse pepper, eyeball the amount in the palm of your hand: 1 tsp is equal to about 1/3 of a palm full |

| RECIPE |
- Divide lettuce among four plates.
- Top with onion, tomatoes, meats and cheese.
- Dress with dressing and enjoy!
- Pepper Parmesan Recipe
- Combine the mayonnaise, lemon zest (grated yellow part of lemon) and lemon juice in small bowl.
- Add pepper to the dressing bowl and whisk together.
- Slowly whisk in the olive oil (you may add up to 1 additional TBSP if you think it is too thick).
- When it is well mixed, stir in the parmesan and set aside.
