| RECIPE |
- Trim all fat from chicken; sauté in 2 tablespoons of the butter until golden brown; remove to crock pot.
- Put remaining 2 tablespoons butter in pan and sauté onions and celery until tender; sprinkle flour over onions to form a paste and add tomatoes, stirring to incorporate the flour. Add the brown sugar, A-1, and Bloody Mary mix and pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
