seasoned rice vinegar |

low sodium soy sauce |

| RECIPE |
- Slice steak across the grain into 16 strips – ¼ - ½ inches thick.
- Pound each slice to about ⅛ inch, set aside.
- Place on asparagus and scallion across short end of a piece of steak; roll-up and secure with toothpick.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients and place in shallow baking pan in single layer.
- Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat broiler to high and broil steaks for 5 minutes turning half way through broiling time.
- Remove steaks to plate and return pan to broiler; let marinade boil down to a glaze.
- Brush on steaks before serving.
