INGREDIENTS

2 c quick cooking oats
3 tbsp brown sugar
⅓ c raisins
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
3 tbsp Splenda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 ½ c skim milk
⅔ c applesauce
1 tbsp margarine, melted
1 egg
  cooking spray
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Coat a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray, set aside.
  • In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients together (oatmeal through baking powder) and combine using a whisk to distribute all ingredients.
  • In small bowl, whisk together milk, applesauce, margarine and egg.
  • Add milk mixture to oat mixture and combine.
  • Pour into prepared casserole dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
