| RECIPE |
- Mix together
jelly, lemon juice,
shallots, and salt.
- In second small bowl, mix Dijon and oil together.
- Brush one side of each bread slice with mustard mixture, top with greens, chicken and then apple.
- Brush with apple jelly mixture, enjoy!
