| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Spray a 6-cup muffin pan with cooking spray or use cupcake holders.
- Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Whisk together the wet ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour wet ingredients in with the dry and mix well.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
