carob |
| ⅛ tsp. |
artificial sweetener (i.e. Splenda®) |

unsalted peanuts, finely chopped |

| RECIPE |

Melt carob in a double boiler.
- Add artificial sweetener to melted carob and stir well. Place mixture in a bowl to cool.

When carob mixture is cool enough, form into a 1” diameter balls and roll in the chopped nuts. Place on waxed paper.

Place truffles in a refrigerator for 20 minutes to set.
