| RECIPE |

Preheat oven to 450ºF.

Toss all ingredients in large bowl to coat.

Place sweet potatoes on large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray in a single layer.

Place on top rack in oven and roast until tender and a little brown, about 40 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
