| RECIPE |
- Place beans in a saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring to a gentle boil and cook, uncovered, for 3-5 minutes or until just tender.
- Drain, set aside.
- Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet. Sauté onions and garlic until tender.
- Add the vinegar, sugar, tarragon and salt.
- Bring to a boil. Cook until liquid is reduced by half.
- Add beans to onions, cook over low heat until heated through.
- Sprinkle with almonds.
