| RECIPE |

In a small saucepan sprinkle the gelatin over the milk. Let stand until softened, about 1 minute.

Stir in the brown sugar. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin completely dissolves, about 2 minutes. Do not allow it to boil.

In a blender, combine the ricotta cheese, cocoa powder, orange liqueur, and vanilla. Puree for 1 minute. Scrape the sides of the container as needed.

Reduce the speed to low. Open knob on the lid and gradually add the milk mixture. Blend until well combined.

Pour the pudding into serving cups.

Refrigerate, covered, until set. (approx. 2 hours)
