INGREDIENTS

8 oz. lean, cooked ham, diced
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup red pepper, chopped
1 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can (10.75 oz.) reduced sodium tomato soup
2 cups cooked pasta, rinsed and drained
RECIPE

  • Spray large skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté ham, onion, and red pepper for 5 minutes.
  • Add pineapple, tomato soup and pasta; combine well.
  • Lower heat and continue to heat through for 10 minutes.
