INGREDIENTS

1 can (10 ounce) Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Dough
cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
½ cup thinly sliced artichoke hearts
3 roasted red peppers, sliced into strips*
½ cup shaved turkey salami
1 small egg, beaten
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spray parchment paper lightly with cooking spray.
  • Roll out dough onto baking sheet and stretch out to an 8x12” rectangle.
  • Sprinkle the cheese over dough leaving a 1” border.
  • Top with artichoke hearts, peppers and salami.
  • Starting at the short end, roll up like a jelly roll.
  • Crimp edges to seal and make sure seam is down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush egg over dough.
