(10 ounce) Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Dough |
| ⅓ cup |
shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese |
| ½ cup |
thinly sliced artichoke hearts |
| 3 |
roasted red peppers, sliced into strips* |
| ½ cup |
shaved turkey salami |
| 1 |
small egg, beaten |

| RECIPE |

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spray parchment paper lightly with cooking spray.

Roll out dough onto baking sheet and stretch out to an 8x12” rectangle.

Sprinkle the cheese over dough leaving a 1” border.

Top with artichoke hearts, peppers and salami.

Starting at the short end, roll up like a jelly roll.
-
Crimp edges to seal and make sure seam is down on the baking sheet.

Brush egg over dough.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crusty.
