| RECIPE |
- Peel tomatoes by placing them whole in boiling water just until the skins split. Run under cold water and slip skins off.
- Place tomatoes and remaining ingredients in large pot.
- Cover and bring to a boil.
- Continue to boil gently for 15 minutes. Serve with croutons if desired.
