INGREDIENTS

2½ tsp. paprika
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp. ground black pepper
4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
RECIPE

  • Preheat grill for medium-high heat or preheat broiler.
  • Mix all the spices together in a small bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture into each piece of chicken.
  • Dip a ball of foil in a little oil and rub over the grill grate, or spray a broiler pan lightly with cooking spray.
  • Place chicken on grill or broiler pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until chicken registers 165ºF using an internal thermometer.
