INGREDIENTS

2 tsp. olive oil
4 oz. extra-lean ground beef, cooked
2 tsp. low-sodium BBQ sauce
1 small pita, cut in half
4 tbsp. low-sodium tomato sauce
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ cup frozen artichoke hearts, chopped
¼ tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. dried basil
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix beef, artichokes, olive oil, garlic, herbs, and BBQ sauce.
  • Place in microwave safe bowl, cover loosely and heat at 50% power until warmed through, approximately 1-2 minutes.
  • Split pita in half and place on piece of foil.
  • Top with tomato sauce and then beef mixture.
  • Gently place in oven and heat for 4-5 minutes or until heated through.
