| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Mix beef, artichokes, olive oil, garlic, herbs, and BBQ sauce.
- Place in microwave safe bowl, cover loosely and heat at 50% power until warmed through, approximately 1-2 minutes.
- Split pita in half and place on piece of foil.
- Top with tomato sauce and then beef mixture.
- Gently place in oven and heat for 4-5 minutes or until heated through.
