INGREDIENTS

1½ tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
½ tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. dried sage, crushed
½ tsp. fresh ground pepper
8 cloves garlic, minced
4 (6 oz.) pork loin chops
RECIPE

  • Make rub by mixing together zest, rosemary, salt, sage, ground pepper, and garlic.
  • Rinse chops and pat dry. Rub mix into both sides of the chops. Set aside.
  • Prepare grill for medium-hot indirect heat by placing a drip pan in the middle with coals on either side.
  • Grill chops for about 20-25 minutes turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
