| RECIPE |
- Make rub by mixing together zest, rosemary, salt, sage, ground pepper, and garlic.
- Rinse chops and pat dry. Rub mix into both sides of the chops. Set aside.
- Prepare grill for medium-hot indirect heat by placing a drip pan in the middle with coals on either side.
- Grill chops for about 20-25 minutes turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
