INGREDIENTS

6 oz. haricot verts (petite green beans) or green beans, trimmed
1 to 2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 450ºF
  • Spread beans on baking sheet, toss with olive oil.
  • Roast for 10 minutes, finish with fresh lemon juice.
