INGREDIENTS

2 (6-inch) whole wheat tortillas
1 tsp. low fat mayonnaise
1 small tomato, sliced
4 oz. low sodium deli roast beef
2 slices low fat American cheese
1 small onion sliced thinly
RECIPE

  • Spread ½ teaspoon mayonnaise on each tortilla.
  • Layer 2 tomato slices on each tortilla.
  • Divide the roast beef evenly on each tortilla.
  • Top with one slice of cheese and onion slices.
  • Roll up and enjoy.
