INGREDIENTS

4 lb. pork center loin roast, boneless
6 tbsp. seasoned pepper blend (find in spice aisle)
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Remove any visible fat from roast, pat dry if wet.
  • Coat entire roast with pepper blend.
  • Place in shallow roasting pan and roast for 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes or until internal temperature reads 145ºF using an instant read thermometer.
  • Let rest 10-15 minutes before slicing.
