| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Remove any visible fat from roast, pat dry if wet.
- Coat entire roast with pepper blend.
- Place in shallow roasting pan and roast for 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes or until internal temperature reads 145ºF using an instant read thermometer.
- Let rest 10-15 minutes before slicing.
