INGREDIENTS

1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
¼ cup pure pumpkin
¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
½ cup low fat granola
RECIPE

  • Combine yogurt, pumpkin, and pie spice in a small bowl.
  • Spoon ½ yogurt mixture into two 1-cup parfait glasses. Top yogurt mixture with ½ of the granola. Top each with remaining yogurt mixture and granola. Serve.
