| RECIPE |

Spray skillet with nonfat cooking spray.

Cut up potatoes. Place in blender and grate.

Add egg, salt, and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of flour at a time until the batter is the desired thickness.
- Heat oil in skillet. Place prepared pancake in skillet.
- Cook on both sides. Serve warm with cinnamon applesauce.
