| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In a medium bowl
whisk together all dry ingredients including raisins. Set aside.
- Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy, scraping sides as necessary.
- Add egg and vanilla to butter mixture, beat until combined.
- Gradually add the oat mixture, beat until combined.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-16 minutes or until cookies are golden brown but still soft.
- Cool 5 minutes on sheets; transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
