INGREDIENTS

¾ cup mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup green onion, chopped finely
1 medium garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. butter
1½ lb. very lean ground beef
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. freshly ground pepper
RECIPE

  • Melt butter in medium skillet.
  • Sauté mushrooms, onions, and garlic until tender.
  • Combine beef, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Shape beef into 8 patties about 4-inches in diameter.
  • Spoon equal amount of mushroom mixture onto 4 patties.
  • Top with remaining patties and seal closed.
  • Grill 10-15 minutes, turning once or until an instant read thermometer reads 165ºF.
