| RECIPE |
- Melt butter in medium skillet.
- Sauté mushrooms, onions, and garlic until tender.
- Combine beef, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Shape beef into 8 patties about 4-inches in diameter.
- Spoon equal amount of mushroom mixture onto 4 patties.
- Top with remaining patties and seal closed.
- Grill 10-15 minutes, turning once or until an instant read thermometer reads 165ºF.
