| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350ºF.
- Wash and chop mushrooms.
- Cut Canadian bacon into 4 pieces.
- Divide tomato sauce evenly between the 4 split muffin halves.
- Top with Canadian bacon, tomato slices, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, and cheese.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
