| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat egg and milk in large bowl.
- Stir in cheese, oats, onion, and salt.
- Add turkey and beef, mix well using hands.
- Divide mixture into four mini loaf pans or two medium loaf pans.
- Mix ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar in small dish. Spread half over the loaves reserving the other half.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reads 165°F.
- Let rest for about 5 minutes and drain, if desired. Serve with extra sauce.
