INGREDIENTS

1 extra large egg, slightly beaten
¾ cup 1% milk
2 cups 2% shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup quick-cooking oats
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 lb. lean ground beef
⅔ cup low sodium ketchup
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat egg and milk in large bowl.
  • Stir in cheese, oats, onion, and salt.
  • Add turkey and beef, mix well using hands.
  • Divide mixture into four mini loaf pans or two medium loaf pans.
  • Mix ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar in small dish. Spread half over the loaves reserving the other half.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reads  165°F.
  • Let rest for about 5 minutes and drain, if desired. Serve with extra sauce.
