| RECIPE |

Preheat oven to 450º F.
- Slice off thin layer on top of each roll.

Remove some of the inside bread making a “boat.”
-
Brush the inside of each roll with olive oil and place on baking sheet.
- Divide mozzarella among the four rolls, and place in oven to melt cheese and toast roll.
- Fill each roll with 3 meatballs and ¼ cup sauce.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
*Use leftover meatballs and sauce from Tuesday’s dinner.
