| RECIPE |

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place eggs, half and half, mayonnaise, flour and cheese in medium bowl, whisk together until well blended.

Sprinkle spinach and bacon over egg batter and stir in gently to distribute.

Pour into unbaked pie shell, place in center of oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until quiche is set.

Let rest about 5-10 minutes before serving.
