INGREDIENTS

1 cup water
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
5 dried pitted prunes, chopped
1 tsp. sugar substitute (such as Splenda)
¼ cup oat bran
½ banana, sliced
RECIPE

  • Combine water, cinnamon, prunes, and sugar substitute in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil.

  • Stir in the oat bran and boil for 2 minutes to desired consistency.
  • Top with slices of banana.
