INGREDIENTS

½ cup light mayonnaise
½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, and coarsely chopped
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix together mayonnaise, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, onion, and garlic.
  • Add spinach and artichoke hearts. Mix until blended.
  • Spray pie plate with nonfat cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly in pie plate.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve.
