INGREDIENTS

1 whole grain English muffin
¼ cup egg substitute
1 vegetarian sausage patty
1 slice reduced fat American cheese
RECIPE

  • Split and toast English muffin.
  • Prepare vegetarian sausage patty in microwave according to package instructions until just warm. Do not overcook.
  • Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook egg substitute over medium-high heat until cooked through.
  • Place cheese on one half of egg. Fold egg in half twice.
  • Place on one half of toasted English muffin.
  • Top with sausage patty and other half of English muffin. Enjoy!
