| RECIPE |
- Split and toast English muffin.
- Prepare vegetarian sausage patty in microwave according to package instructions until just warm. Do not overcook.
- Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook egg substitute over medium-high heat until cooked through.
- Place cheese on one half of egg. Fold egg in half twice.
- Place on one half of toasted English muffin.
- Top with sausage patty and other half of English muffin. Enjoy!
