| RECIPE |
- Place skillet or griddle pan on medium-low heat, place 1/2 TBSP butter in pan to melt.
- Place one slice of bread in pan and top with cheese and tomato.
- Butter one side of the remaining slice of bread and put on top of the tomato buttered side up.
- Let bottom slice become light brown and crisp, carefully flip over sandwich.
- Press down gently on top of sandwich to squish together and get the cheese to melt.
- Continue cooking until cheese is melted and sandwich is light brown.
