INGREDIENTS

4 (6 oz.) wild Coho salmon steaks, about 1½-inch thick
1 tbsp. onion, grated
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. thyme
  paprika
  parsley
1 lemon, cut in wedges
  nonfat cooking spray
RECIPE

  • Spray grill with cooking spray.
  • Combine onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Spray salmon with cooking spray and rub in onion mixture.
  • Grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with paprika, parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
