INGREDIENTS

4 tilapia or flounder fillets, fresh or frozen (1 lb.)
2 tbsp. margarine or butter
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  paprika
RECIPE

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Using heavy duty foil, make four 12 x 12” squares and spray the centers with cooking spray.
  • Place one fillet in the center of each foil square.
  • Melt butter in microwave and add lemon juice, parsley, dill weed, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle butter evenly over the fish.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and evenly divide the onion slices on top of fillets.
  • Wrap fish up in little packets.
  • Grill fish packets 5-7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
