| RECIPE |
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Using heavy duty foil, make four 12 x 12” squares and spray the centers with cooking spray.
- Place one fillet in the center of each foil square.
- Melt butter in microwave and add lemon juice, parsley, dill weed, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle butter evenly over the fish.
- Sprinkle with paprika and evenly divide the onion slices on top of fillets.
- Wrap fish up in little packets.
- Grill fish packets 5-7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
