INGREDIENTS

1 cup 2% cottage cheese
⅔ cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 green onions minced
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. dried basil
¼ tsp. dried oregano
2 heads of romaine, washed, dried and torn
RECIPE

  • Process the cottage cheese and yogurt in blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Pour into bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Can be stored for up to one week. Stir before serving.

    (Tip – Add mushrooms, carrots, celery, etc. to your greens to pump it up.)
