| RECIPE |
- Using a 2 quart saucepan, bring apple juice, water, cinnamon, and salt to a boil over high heat.
- While liquid is boiling, add oats. Return to a boil, reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in yogurt and peaches. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until oatmeal is heated through.
- Serve topped with almonds.
