½ cup finely chopped sweet onion
¼ cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 jalapeño, seeds & white pith removed, minced
RECIPE

  • Place everything in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate and let flavors come together.
  • Serve with baked chips or alone. Enjoy!
