INGREDIENTS

1½ lbs. new potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 medium onion, chopped
8 oz. baby carrots
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 can (14.5 ounces) low sodium Italian diced tomatoes
1 can (14.5 ounces) low sodium, fat free beef broth
½ cup flour
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, low sodium
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried marjoram
¼ tsp. fresh ground pepper
1½ lbs. lean beef bottom round, cut into ½ inch cubes
RECIPE

  • Place everything in crock pot, stir gently.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
  • Stir before serving.
